This gothic metal band lead by a alluring lead singer who has a beautiful voice is one hell of a band to hear live.  There was a moment when I was in the balcony and Simone did a solo vocal, all the lights were of except the one on her, I was thinking that this is the Little Mermaid in a Metal band.  One of the most angelic voices I have ever heard in my life.  A little later after that solo another magical moment happened when Mark Jansen the lead guitarist came out and asked the crowd if they can guess the next song they played. WIthout vocals the band started jamming “The Imperial March” or known as Darth Vadars theme song.

This is one killer band to see live with hard rocking metal combined with a beautiful voice Epica is……………
